# SSIPMT Celebrates World Entrepreneurs’ Day with Startup-Focused Session
*Raipur, 21 August 2026:* The Entrepreneur Development Cell (EDC), SSIPMT Raipur, in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), celebrated *World Entrepreneurs’ Day* with an engaging session on *“Spark to Profit: Student Startup Roadmap – Turn Your Idea into a Real Business!”*
The session featured *Komal Vyas Sharma, Founder, InnovEdas EdTech Pvt. Ltd., and **Arif Khan, Co-Founder, InnovEdas EdTech Pvt. Ltd.*, who shared practical insights from their entrepreneurial journeys.
Komal Vyas Sharma guided students on *career opportunities through entrepreneurship, startup development and the steps involved in converting an idea into a business. She also highlighted the growing role of **Artificial Intelligence (AI)* in startups, including innovation, market research, automation, marketing and customer engagement. An interactive activity helped students identify real-life problems and develop potential startup ideas.
Arif Khan shared *real-life entrepreneurial experiences, explaining the challenges of starting and sustaining a business. He highlighted the importance of **customer feedback, adaptability, teamwork and persistence. He also explained the role of a **co-founder*, stressing the importance of complementary skills, clear responsibilities and mutual trust.
